T Square Properties is pleased to announce the following lease transactions:

Trevor Tunnell of T Square Properties reports leasing activity at The Marquis, a 33,000 square foot office / flex  building located in North White Plains and The Fortune Building a 53,000 square foot office / medical building located in Hartsdale.

In Things Corp. has signed a seven year lease for 7,300 square feet of office / warehouse space at The Marquis located at 56 Lafayette Avenue, White Plains, NY. Trevor Tunnell of T Square Properties represented the Owner in this transaction. In Things Corp provides a line of accessories on the wholesale level. The line includes scarves, wraps, jewelry and shoes and is handcrafted in India from the finest of raw materials into pieces of wearable art.

Spider Smart, John D. Schnaufer PLLC, Dana Coretta and Lee Hornick all signed new leases at The Fortune Building located at 280 North Central Avenue, Hartsdale, NY. Trevor Tunnell of T Square Properties represented both the Owner and the Tenants in these transactions.

Also at The Fortune Building Business Access Group signed a 1,150 square foot lease. Trevor Tunnell represented the Owner.
